Your face should be clear and well lit, facing the camera, and your dog's whole head should be visible. Each photo can be a JPG, PNG or WebP up to 10 MB. Photos with more than one person are refused.
Can I use a photo of someone else?
Only of another adult who has given you permission. Before generating you confirm: "This is me, or I have permission from every person in the photo, and everyone is 18 or older." The AI is told to keep your face, hairstyle, skin tone and age and your pet's breed, fur colors, markings and eye color. Results are best with a sharp, front-facing photo of you and a bright photo of your pet. Start with a free preview to check the likeness. If a generation fails, its credit or free preview is returned automatically.
What happens to my photos?
Both photos are used only to make the picture you asked for and are not used to train AI models. Uploaded photos are deleted within 24 hours and results after 30 days. Every photo and every result passes an automatic safety check before anyone sees it; results that fail it are not shown and the credit is returned.
